About CB People


CB People is a people liaison consulting firm – without the price tag and commitment of a full-time HR hire – aimed at small businesses who are poised to grow and scale but need to establish more structure for their people-focused policies and practices.


Working within the early fundraising phases of start-ups with remote and hybrid workforces, our packages are designed to take small firms to the next level by discovering gaps that inhibit the ability to thrive and to help generate opportunities that support growth from within. We keep people engaged and connected, taking a bird’s eye view of their needs and how they interact within the fast-moving start-up culture.


By partnering directly with founders and senior leaders to examine current processes, values, and expectations, we help them avoid losing traction with their most valuable employees and, instead, begin to cultivate lasting employee engagement.

Hi, I’m Carrie Bryant, and I'm passionate about people.


I began my career leading employee engagement initiatives at the world’s largest organizational consulting firm, Korn Ferry, for over a decade in New York City. After strategizing, planning and executing hundreds of events, I’ve come to know just how important it is for companies to operate effectively and efficiently through their most important asset – their people – and how this approach and mindset results in a better functioning and more successful organization.


I’ve since taken that approach to companies who need it the most; start-ups with smaller budgets and faster growth trajectories. The excitement and energy of helping these small but punchy businesses grow and realize their potential is what led to the creation of CB People. I believe having well-planned and executed human resources structures are important, but knowing how to weave in people-focused initiatives that support and connect remote and hybrid workforces is a growing need for companies of all sizes, too.


I'm passionate about people – investing in them, engaging with them and supporting them to thrive alongside each company’s success.


When I'm not focusing on your people,  I can be found with my people - hiking the rockies, attending concerts at Red Rocks, making cookie dough, and hanging with husband, daughter, two cats and sweet golden retriever.
